Welcome!

There's a wide range of activities for all fitness levels available in the Family Life Recreation Center. Let our staff of volunteers help you sign up for a free membership when you come in for your first visit.

First Floor

Bring the entire family to play and challenge one another to a game of table tennis, billiards, air hockey or shoot baskets in the gym. For little ones, there's also the Noah's Ark Play area.

Weight Room

Tone and strengthen your entire body with a complete set of Paramount Equipment. Must be 16 years old and complete an orientation prior to use.

Walking Track

Enjoy the comfort of walking on an indoor, carpeted, temperature- controlled walking track above the gym. One mile is 18 laps. (Only children young enough to be in a stroller or baby carrier are allowed.) Must be 16 or older to use the upstairs facilities.

Stretching Room

Located upstairs next to the elevator, use it for mat exercises, light weightlifting and stretching.

Exercise Classes

We are happy to offer several free classes including low-impact aerobics and pickleball. Please call the BFBC Church office for details and times.

Coffee Corner & Lobby

Bring your lunch or a snack and enjoy our spacious lobby complete with tables and chairs. Or grab a cup of coffee for just $1 in the Coffee Corner.

Showering

If you want to make use of our showers, anyone is allowed to after an exercise, but special shower times are provided to the homeless population in Bartlesville at 2 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!
