Young & Free Students
We are a second family of believers who want to encourage students in their walk with Christ and make disciples of all nations.
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1
"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42
Each Sunday morning, we begin with breakfast at 9:30. At 9:45, we break up, by age and gender, into Small Groups and study God's Word together. Our groups are 7th-8th Guys, 7th-8th Ladies, 9th-10th Guys, 9th-10th Ladies, 11th-12th Guys, 11th-12th Ladies.
* A Sunday Night schedule can be found on the calendar.
"So the, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." Colossians 2:6-7
During our leadership time on Sunday evenings we focus on discipleship. Students bring their Bibles and quiet time journals to share and encourage one another. We discuss upcoming events and student leaders share ideas and help plan activities. We spend the last 20-25 minutes in prayer for specific needs, the lost and revival.
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25 (ESV)
Each week we join together as a second family to worship the King of kings. Join the family!

“He (Jesus) took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, ‘Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.’” Mark 9:36-37 (NIV)
Every other month our student ministry serves the community at a local apartment complex. Students lead this outreach ministry using games, crafts, songs, and a story from the Bible. This usually takes place from 5-7pm. Come rep the family!
“Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people.” Ephesians 6:7(NIV)
During Spring Break we take a local mission trip within Oklahoma. All students are welcome to participate.
In summertime, those who have been a part of our student leadership program, and have met certain requirements, may travel to Santa Cruz, California, where we serve a local pastor, his church, and community while spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!
